At Canapuff, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new attire isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn garments with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure a safe transit.

  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it firmly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
